Frost Rider (“the game”, “we”) is a mobile racing game. This policy explains what information is processed when you play, why, and the choices you have.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location or microphone data. We do not sell your personal information.
On first launch the game asks whether ad partners may use your advertising ID for personalized ads. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).
Buying No Ads or the Starter Pack removes interstitial ads; optional rewarded videos remain available.

On-device data is removed when you uninstall the game. Unity Gaming Services data linked to your anonymous player ID is kept while your account is active; to request deletion, email contact@pantheonstudio.co.kr with your player ID (shown in Settings) and we will delete it within 30 days. Ad partners retain data according to their own policies.
Depending on where you live (e.g. EU/EEA/UK GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA, Korea PIPA) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact contact@pantheonstudio.co.kr. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Frost Rider is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact contact@pantheonstudio.co.kr and we will delete it.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/DTLS). Our service providers may process data outside your country, with safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
We will post updates on this page and change the effective date. Material changes will be announced in the game.
